the last question

Whenever I write the word "last", I feel a liitle strange.

Last night, I was sitting on a bench in front of the building, looking back on last a few months. The wind was good and many thoughts came and went.

Anyway, I'm going to Penn, so I don't feel certain feelings toward the trainees who will go to Penn with me. Instead I feel so sorry for the trainess to go to the Michigan.

This last question is for the Michigan trainees.

I'd like to hear from you any comment on this program, our classmates or me.

What is necessary things when we are going to America?

As you know, we're going to America in two weeks.

Do you have much expectation?
Actually, I have no idea.

But nowadays i try to expect something waiting for me and make a plan in America such as making shopping lists.

Anyway, I don't have much experience of travel, especially abroad.
So I feel somewhat afraid, really.

I'd like to pack my baggage as little as possible. Nevertheless, I know absolutely necessary things should bring. But the problem is i don't know what is a must.

Guys who have much experience of trip to abroad, give me many tips!

When do you feel this world is worth keep on living?

A little vague question?

As the poet of flowers, Kim Chun-su said in his poem, I sometimes feel my life is meaningful when I myself can be a helpful person to somebody such as parents, friends, lovers, or just acquaintances.

When I see other people's joy because of me, I feel my life has somewhat meaning or value. At the same time, even though living a life is not easy job, it has worth while to keep on living.

In what moment, do you think you are valuable person or your life is meaningful?

Do you believe in God?

Of course I believe in God. Sometimes I hear that people say that they can't believe in God because they can't see God.

Today I felt wind was blowing. Suddenly I realized that though we can't see the wind, everyone knows that wind exists. Outside anywhere we can feel the existence of wind. I think there are many things that we can't see but, really exist.

At times when I think of the system of universe such as stars or planets, I am surprised at the systematic organization. Science says it's all from the result of accident such as explosion of stars. But to my eyes the universe is too beautiful to say it's all from chance.

Today I again realized God surely exists because to my eyes the world is so beautiful.

Would you recommend good electronic dictionary?

Do you remember the lecture by Clint on last wednesday?

In the case of math-intelligence, my score seemed to be 1 or 2. That means I'm very poor at math or technology. Technological point of view, I am near to 'primitive man'.
I don't have electronic dictionary or pmp. The time when I bought mp3 player is here in this program. In my domitory room even nowadays, I enjoy looking up the paper dictionary even though it takes much time. Just before I came here, I borrowed one electronic dictionary from my friend. So I don't know most of the functions in it. Anyhow, though it is not so inclined, I think the time comes near. The time for me to buy one electronic dictionary.... ^^

So if you have good information, please let me know with the price!

Which place in Korea will you recommend for a good sightseeing place?

Sometiems I think English teachers are international people. Most of them enjoy travelling abroad. I know there are many benefits when we travel abroad. But every trip has their own taste. Personally I don't enjoy long days trip. That's partly because I don't have so strong body to endure the tiredness from the trip. That doesn't mean that I dislike travel. I enjoy one-day trip anywhere. On the surface people's life seems to be the same, but if we see their life meticulouly, we can know they live with their own life styles.
Anyway, I think there are many good places in Korea to visit and appreciate. So, my question is "Would you recommend good sightseeing place in Korea and why?"

Summer came. What's good or wise way to get along with summer heat?

Today, it was so hot. The cost of gasoline is so high, so I tried not to turn on air conditioner in a car. But lunch time was too hot and I couldn't help it.

Anyway, i worry a little how well i will spend my room in the domitary which has poor facilities.

Let's share good information about the ways for escaping or forgetting hotness in summer.
